Disordered market competition
Although the head industry has begun to enter the path of specialization, most of the head professional enterprises are private enterprises, and the reform is relatively lagging behind. The unsound market environment and inadequate supervision and management have led to a very few enterprises often resorting to unfair means of competition to fight a price war. The concentration is only 30%, which can not form an economic scale. It is difficult to use high-level equipment, and the quality cannot be guaranteed. Unstable product quality
After the development in recent years, the quality of head products has been greatly improved, but due to the weak technical foundation, the concept that quality is the life of the enterprise has not been fully established, and the product quality is unstable, especially the internal quality is difficult to guarantee. Some enterprises also have poor production environment, serious soot pollution and high labor intensity, which have affected the image of enterprises.
Staff quality is not high
